One 100 grams chocolate bar can be 80 percent dark. Chocolate bars contain 60% iron for human daily needs and around 56% of magnesium. A study found in 2010 that magnesium helps to reduce PMS (premenstrual syndrome) in women. In addition, a 2015 study found that women with magnesium deficiency were more probable to have PMS (premenstrual syndrome) problems.

Per 15 milliliters flaxseed oil contains 7195 milligrams of omega 3 fatty acids. According to nutritionists, our body needs 1100 to 1600 mg Omega 3s fatty acids daily. So Flaxseed oil can definitely meet the requirements of omega 3s fatty acids in our body. Therefore, if women take Flaxseed Oil during their period, the deficiency of omega 3s fatty acids in the body is eliminated. At the same time, the period of weakness will relieve. 

Chicken

Chicken is one of the main sources of protein and iron in our body. We should keep chicken on our regular food menu. Especially during the period of women, the body needs more protein. Therefore, women can get relief from various period-related discomfort by consuming chicken during the period.
